What We Are Looking For:

Tryon Equine Mobile is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic new member of our veterinary team to continue to grow our services in sports medicine and general ambulatory work. We strive to provide a collaborative, enjoyable environment. Mentorship is readily provided, and individual interests and goals are encouraged. 

We are looking for someone who comes to us with integrity, skills, curiosity, and a sincere desire to contribute to our team with new ideas. We highly prize great communication skills, initiative, and a sense of humor. We are equally passionate about developing new areas of expertise, staying on the cutting edge of standards of care, and continuing education.

Skills/Responsibilities Required:

  • Maintain appropriate stock, organization, and cleanliness of work vehicle.
  • Willing take regular rotation in emergency on-call shifts.
  • Practice veterinary medicine to its highest standard.
  • Foster a relationship of professionalism with our clients and referring veterinarians by providing education and services with integrity, passion, and dedication.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university.
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of North Carolina and South Carolina.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
  • The ability to make decisions and communicate clearly and effectively with fellow team members.
  • Respect for and willingness to work with clients and patients.
  • Compassionate team player who can uphold great reputation with clients.
  • A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine, upholding the veterinary code of ethics.
