Our Facility
Our 17,000 square foot facility is equipped for full medical, ICU and surgical capabilities, standing MRI and in-house laboratory services. The hospital is also located adjacent to an equine rehabilitation facility with Aquatred and salt water spa.
In the hospital we have four Board Certified Specialists in Surgery and one Board Certified Specialist in Medicine. Services offered include MRI, digital radiography, digital ultrasonography including cardiology, neurologic evaluations including myelography, Neonatal Intensive care, and full surgical and regenerative medicine services.
Rehab
At Tryon Equine Hospital we are dedicated to getting your horses sound and back to doing what they love. Our doctors have extensive experience in developing a rehabilitation program specific to your horse’s needs. Still Creek Farm is located next door to Tryon Equine providing Aquatred therapy, small paddock time, treadmill work, hand walking and combination trot sets. Our veterinarians work together with owners and patients to create specific rehab programs to suit the needs of each case and can easily modify these programs with frequent follow up examinations. Doctor designed sports specific conditioning and cross training is key to your horse’s continued soundness.
